My husband received wonderful and thoughtful care at the Cleveland. Nurses took great care and were always kind and gentle. A few were outstanding for which he and I are very grateful. In particular, the expertise of the specialists in was excellent and they took all the time they needed to make the right decision. The importance of keeping the patient clean and fresh was not overlooked and the daily shower etc is appreciated.

I had my pre operative assessment on the 7-2-24 for a procedure on the 13-2-24.During the visit the nurse said she would check with the anaesthetist if they needed any further information .The nurse rang me on my way home to request a copy of a report from one of my consultant s .As soon as I got home I emailed the requested paperwork .I have been chasing since by email and phone as I have not received any confirmation that the nurse that she received the email etc .It is now the afternoon of the 9-2-24 and I am still to get a response .My concern is I am travelling some distance and have arranged and paid for trains and hotels to ensure I get to the hospital at 6.30 am as per your request. I would have thought the communication would have been better ?
